Foundation Course
This half-day course is designed to give learners the foundational skills and tools to feel confident about their own training needs.

Essential assessment screens for mobility, stability, and strength
Warm-up fundamentals
Injuries and prevention strategies
Exercise technique and fitness principles
Nutrition basics
Habits and behaviours
Self-programming tool
The Foundation Course is a pre-requisite to the Comprehensive Course, delivered in both gym and classroom learning environments.

Comprehensive Course

This full-day course offers more in-depth content following our Foundation Course. Perfect for weekends or in addition to group holiday camps. This course offers more advanced tools and training methodologies to assist the player’s progression to the professional environment.

Habit and behaviour tracking
Advanced nutrition education
