  • Yes! We would love to come in and assist with this. Movement and exercise content is a great way to link up the skill work that athletes are working on.

  • Yes, loading the body whether it’s bodyweight training or from additional load (e.g. weights) is vital. There are many misconceptions regarding this and we can supply scientific research to prove this if requested. The body is constantly under load (bodyweight) when moving and during sport. If we don’t combat poor movement mechanics and incorporate gradual loading in training at an early stage, athletes are more susceptible to injury. The overall performance will also be enhanced.

  • We believe that training human movement mechanics should be anyone’s first priority no matter what goal or age. We look at how joints and movement patterns optimally function from a biomechanical point of view. We aim to create autonomous and safe patterning, followed by gradual loading strategies. During this process, coordination and body awareness is enhanced and is crucial for developing skills that will relate to skills needed in sport, or for everyday life.
